This Privacy Policy describes how Flocas (hereinafter referred to as "the App") handles user data. The App is provided as a free service "as is".
2. Purpose of Data Collection
The purposes of data collection by the App are as follows:
- App quality improvement and feature enhancement
- Usage analytics
- Ad delivery (planned)
3. Types of Information Collected
Currently Collected Information
The App collects the following data:
- Task data (title, notes, deadline, state, etc.)
- App settings (theme settings, notification settings, etc.)
- Usage data (app usage frequency, etc.)

- Device information (device ID, OS version, etc.)

The App does not collect the following information:
- Location information (GPS, etc.)

4. Data Storage and Management
All user data is stored locally on your device. The App uses MMKV, a fast storage solution. No data is uploaded to cloud servers.
Note that the App does not have user authentication functionality, so it does not store or manage account information or passwords.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share collected data with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When you have explicitly given consent
- When required by law
Use of Google Services (Planned)
In the future, the App plans to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and AdMob for ad delivery and usage analytics. This may involve tracking using cookies and advertising identifiers.
User information may be automatically collected by these services. For details, please review each service's privacy policy:
6. Data Retention Period
User data is stored on your device while the App is installed and after uninstallation. All data is deleted when the App is uninstalled.
Note that the App does not have cloud sync functionality, so deleted data cannot be restored. We recommend using the export function (JSON/CSV) for data backup.
7. Your Rights
You can perform the following operations at any time:
- Export task data in JSON or CSV format
- Delete Archive data
- Delete all data by uninstalling the App

Request for Deletion
If you wish to delete your data, all data will be deleted by uninstalling the App. If you wish to delete exported data, please contact the contact information below.
8. Security
We are committed to protecting user data. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect collected data.
Note that the App operates entirely on your device, so data transmission over the internet is minimal. The current implementation does not involve uploading data to cloud servers.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13.
If we discover that personal information has been provided by a child under 13, we will immediately delete it. Parents or guardians, if you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us using the contact information below.
10. Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be changed without notice. When changes are made, we will update the date on this page. Continued use is deemed as acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. Please review this page regularly.
